Monkey weekend!

It's really been a while since i last blogged...Been pretty busy lately actually with assignment due dates and stuff. Just handed in maths LP last monday...oh yah LP = lesson plan for those who don't know...-grinz- weird terms i noe, but hee hee i study in NIE u see.

Anyway, another assignment going to due this wed...ICT sia...Not really interested in such stuff but owell no choice lor. About the conducting of student-centred lessons in our classrooms....yup yup...kinda done with it liao, but just have to relook at it to make sure i wrote properly....hahah. After these 2, there are REALLY MORE to come for me though...With 2 english LP and 1 maths problem solving on the 2nd Oct, followed by test formulation on the 13th, then sci pedagogical presentation on the 17th and 2 assignments for Ed Psychology on the 27th Oct....Woah tat's quite alot of work to do and very HEAVY weightage...JIa You bah!!!!!

Oh school work aside, I had great fun over the wkend...Went to the Singapore Zoo yesterday...wahahah....Bo liao hor, but it was really fun and educational for me leh.I never thought i could learn tat much from a trip to the zoo. Took heaps of pictures of the animals... (hmm...useful for future teaching purpose mah!!!) Like Professor alwayz says, everywhere you go can have a teaching point, keep a look out for them...Cool huh! Then went to airport for dinner & dessert...yummy & fattening... (I need to LOSE weight badly) Had gado gado, satay and a katsu don to share from the T2 staff canteen, and then an Oreo cheesecake from coffeebean....so shiok sia.

And another piece of news on me...I just applied to stay in the hostel with one of my friend...So yah waiting for the balloting. Hopefully can get bah. U must be wondering wat a weird time to be staying in hall now...Yah didnt apply for one when sch started coz don't noe anyone...And yah after 2 mths there, as u can tell my school is very far away frm my home, so i spend alot of time travelling to and from school. Not much gets done when i get home like now (coz i'm blogging..haha). And also if i don't stay this sem, no chance to let me try out the hostel lifestyle liao. So yup yup...decided to give it a try and also coz of the coming busy due dates, might as well.
